Office Campus Redevelopment

Rosetree

Media, Pennsylvania

From concept to reality.

Formerly Rosetree Corporate Center, the first step in Keystone’s reimagining of the campus was to throw out the words “corporate center” and create a decidedly unique work community in Media, Pennsylvania. Rosetree’s two buildings encompass about 270,000 square feet and feature twin four-story and six-story atriums. Keystone’s redevelopment program included renewed lobbies and common corridors and the addition of a fitness center, grab-and-go market, outdoor patio, and conference room. In a region with an extremely competitive office market, the redevelopment distinguished Rosetree as a premier office campus that fosters collaboration and positions a modern workforce for long-term success.

From old to bold.

Keystone took an outside-the-box approach to the reimagined Rosetree lobbies, throwing out the muted, vanilla palettes of old, and adorning them with bold, citrus colors. Modern, collaborative seating areas and eye-catching accent pieces round out the spaces. All in, the result is a first impression that makes a lasting impact.
